vietnamese meatballs

Makes about 2 dozen

1-1/2 lbs Ground chicken
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Egg white
1 Tbs Rice wine
2 Tbs Soy sauce
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs Fish sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
Salt & white pepper to taste
2 Tbs Corn starch
1 Tbs Sesame oil

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together until well-blended.

Form 1-1/2 Tbs of the meat mixture into balls.

To cook, pan-fry the meatballs until thoroughly cooked ...
- or -
... pan-fry until lightly browned. Place 3 or so meatballs on skewers. Then broil or grill until thoroughly cooked.

Can be served as an appetizer with a dipping sauce, or served with rice as a meal.
