beef peanut teriyaki
Makes 6 servings
2 lbs Beef steak
1 Cup Teriyaki sauce
4 Tbs Peanut oil
1 Tbs Sesame seeds
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 Tbs Fresh ginger, grated
1 Cup Raw peanuts
1 Cup Sliced zucchini
1 Cup Sliced celery (in 2-inch strips)
1 Cup Sliced red pepper
1-1/2 Cups Jasmine Rice, cooked
Cut the beef steak (round, tri-tip, sirloin) into strips, then marinate the strips in the teriyaki
sauce for 2 hours.
Heat the peanut oil in wok over high heat; fry the marinated beef in the oil until browned on both sides.
Drain.
Combine all the remaining ingredients in wok; stir-fry for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
