watermelon mai tai
Makes 1 serving
1 oz Light rum
1 oz Sour Mix
1 oz Pineaple juice
1/2 oz Triple Sec
6 oz Watermelon, seeded & wedged
3/4 oz Dark rum
Combine first five ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed.
Pour over ice in a 'hurricane' glass. Float the dark rum on top.
Garnish with a cherry and watermelon wedge.
